The Business Profile Reinstatement Documents Checklist

Google's reinstatement form asks for evidence, but not which evidence will persuade the reviewer. These are the documents that most often support a successful case.

Make the details match

Every document should show the same business name and address as the listing. A mismatch between a registration certificate and the listing name is one of the most common reasons evidence is rejected.

Quality matters

Submit clear scans or photos, full pages rather than crops, and current documents. Expired licences or bills older than a few months weaken the case.

Never alter documents

Edited or fabricated documents can end any chance of reinstatement and may put other accounts at risk. If a document shows the wrong details, fix the underlying record first.
