Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of unsusp.com and to any reinstatement service you purchase from Unsusp ("we", "us"). By submitting a case or paying a fee, you agree to them.

2. Our services

We provide consulting and case-management services to help businesses request reinstatement of suspended Google Business Profile, Google Merchant Center and Google Ads accounts. We are an independent provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of Google LLC. Google makes all final decisions on its platforms.

3. Complete Audit Package and fees

Every engagement starts with the Complete Audit Package, priced at $199. The audit is mandatory for all reinstatement packages. It covers a review of the suspended account, the most likely cause, a fix plan, an assessment of your odds and a quote for the relevant package. The audit fee is non-refundable in all circumstances, including where the account is not reinstated, because the audit work is delivered in full.

If you purchase any reinstatement package after the audit, the $199 already paid is credited toward that package fee, and you pay only the balance. Published package prices are starting prices. Google Ads reinstatement starts at $1,599 and the final fee depends on the niche and complexity of the case. Complex, multi-location or multi-account cases may be quoted higher, and you always see the fee in writing before paying. Package fees are payable upfront.

4. Refund policy

If we complete the full appeal process and the account is not reinstated, we refund in full every amount you paid above the $199 Complete Audit fee. The $199 audit fee is not refunded. The refund does not apply where you file separate appeals during the case, make changes we advised against, withhold or provide inaccurate information, revoke our access before the case is complete, or where the suspension results from activity that is unlawful or that you did not disclose. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the final decision.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete information and genuine documents
  • Grant the account access we need and keep it in place until the case closes
  • Tell us about previous appeals, linked accounts and prior suspensions
  • Make, or authorize us to make, the changes needed for compliance

We will not submit documents we believe to be false and may end an engagement if we are asked to.

6. Access and confidentiality

We work only through access you grant from your own account and never ask for your password. We keep case information confidential and will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request. You can revoke our access at any time.

7. No guarantee of outcome

Because Google makes the final decision, we cannot guarantee reinstatement or the time a decision will take. The refund of package fees under section 4 is the remedy if a case is unsuccessful.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a case is limited to the fee you paid for that case. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost profits or indirect losses arising from a suspension or its duration.

9. Intellectual property

The content and design of this website belong to Unsusp. Documents we prepare for your case are yours to use for that case.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you paid applies to your case.
