- Case information: documents and account details you share so we can prepare an appeal
- Technical data: IP address and basic request data recorded by our server to prevent abuse of our forms
How we use it
We use your information to assess and handle your case, communicate with you, process payment, meet legal obligations and protect our website from spam and abuse. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Sharing
We share information only where needed to deliver the service: with Google as part of an appeal you have authorized, with our hosting and email providers, and with payment processors. We may disclose information where required by law.
Account access
Access you grant to your Google accounts is used only for your case. We recommend removing our access once the case closes.
Retention
We keep case records for up to 24 months after a case closes, then delete them unless we are legally required to keep them longer. Form submissions that do not become cases are deleted within 12 months.
Security
Our site uses encrypted connections, and access to case records is restricted to people working on your case.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, UK GDPR and California privacy law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, and to object to processing. Email support@unsusp.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
Changes
We will post any updates to this policy on this page with a revised date.
