How the fee works
The Complete Audit costs $199 and is required for every package: Business Profile, Merchant Center and Google Ads. It is non-refundable in every case, because the audit work is delivered in full whether or not you go ahead.
If you choose a reinstatement package, the $199 is credited in full toward it. For example, a Business Profile package from $798 means you pay the remaining balance after the audit. If a package does not result in reinstatement, everything you paid above the $199 audit is refunded in full.
Timeline
Most audits are delivered within two to three business days of receiving account access and the suspension details.
